Processing flow

Reception and confirmation: After receiving the raw materials and drawings provided by the customer, carefully check the material specifications, quantity, quality, as well as the completeness, accuracy, and process requirements of the drawings. If there are any problems, communicate with the customer in a timely manner for confirmation.

Process planning: Based on the drawing requirements and material characteristics, develop a laser cutting and subsequent processing process plan, including selecting appropriate laser cutting parameters (such as laser power, cutting speed, focal position, etc.), planning the cutting path, determining whether to cooperate with other processing procedures (such as bending, stamping, welding, etc.) and the sequence.

Laser cutting: According to the planned process plan, operate the laser cutting equipment to cut and process sheet metal materials, strictly monitor the cutting quality during the process, adjust parameters in a timely manner, and ensure cutting accuracy and surface quality.

Subsequent processing and handling: After completing laser cutting, subsequent processing is carried out according to product requirements, such as bending, welding, polishing, surface treatment (such as painting, galvanizing, oxidation, etc.), etc., to further improve the shape, size, and performance of sheet metal parts.

Quality inspection: Based on the drawings and relevant quality standards, a comprehensive quality inspection is carried out on the processed sheet metal parts, including testing of dimensional accuracy, shape tolerances, surface quality, assembly requirements, etc. Unqualified products are promptly reworked.

Delivery: After passing the inspection, package and protect the sheet metal parts, and deliver them to the customer in a timely manner according to the agreement.
