Optimization of cutting process

Optimize cutting path: Use professional cutting software for cutting path planning, avoid unnecessary movement and repeated cutting, reduce idle time, improve production efficiency, and reduce cutting deviation caused by unreasonable paths. Reasonably arrange the cutting sequence and prioritize cutting parts with simple shapes and high dimensional accuracy requirements.

Select appropriate auxiliary gas: Choose according to the characteristics of sheet metal materials and cutting requirements. If oxygen is suitable for cutting carbon steel, it can accelerate the cutting speed, but it may produce an oxide layer; Nitrogen is suitable for easily oxidizable materials such as stainless steel and aluminum alloys, which can prevent oxidation and ensure the quality of cutting surfaces. At the same time, precise control of the pressure and flow rate of the auxiliary gas ensures stable and sufficient airflow, effectively blowing away slag.

Optimize cutting and perforation technology: Except for a few cases where cutting can start from the edge of the board, most require perforation on the board. Advanced perforation techniques such as blasting perforation, pulse perforation, etc. can be used to reduce the thermal impact and small hole deformation during perforation, providing good starting conditions for subsequent cutting.
