Laser cutting sheet metal processing is a machining process that uses high-energy density laser beams to instantly melt or vaporize sheet metal materials, thereby achieving cutting. It is widely used in the field of sheet metal processing.

Principle

The laser generator generates a laser beam, which is transmitted through the optical path and focused by the focusing lens group, so that the energy is highly concentrated at the part of the sheet metal to be cut. The temperature at this point rises sharply, and the material quickly melts or vaporizes. At the same time, auxiliary gases (such as oxygen and nitrogen) are sprayed out at high pressure to blow away melted or vaporized materials. As the laser beam moves relative to the sheet metal, a continuous cutting seam is formed to complete the cutting.
