2、 Recruitment positions and requirements

（1） Sheet Metal Process Engineers (2 positions)

Job Responsibilities

Develop a reasonable and efficient sheet metal processing plan based on product design drawings, including but not limited to cutting, bending, stamping, welding, and other processes.

Responsible for providing process guidance and technical support during sheet metal processing, resolving process issues that arise during production, ensuring product quality and production progress.

Continuously optimize existing processes, improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and promote process innovation and improvement.

Participate in the research and development and trial production of new products, provide professional advice from a process perspective, and assist in the smooth realization of mass production of products.

Job Requirements

Major in mechanical manufacturing, metal materials or related fields, college degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience in sheet metal technology.

Familiar with various sheet metal processing techniques and processes, proficient in CAD, SolidWorks and other drawing software, able to independently draw sheet metal unfolded drawings.

Having strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking, able to flexibly respond to various technical challenges in production.

Good communication and collaboration skills, team spirit, serious and responsible work, rigorous and meticulous.

（2） Sheet metal operators (5 positions)

Job Responsibilities

Strictly follow the operating specifications and process requirements, proficiently operate sheet metal processing equipment such as laser cutting machines, bending machines, punching machines, etc., and complete processing tasks such as cutting, bending, and stamping of sheet metal parts.

During the processing, closely monitor the equipment operation status and processing quality, adjust equipment parameters in a timely manner, and ensure that the product meets quality standards.

Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of equipment, filling out equipment operation records, and promptly detecting and reporting equipment failures.

Assist process engineers in the trial production and process validation of new products.

Job Requirements

Technical secondary school/technical college degree or above, with a preference for majors in mechanical engineering, numerical control, or related fields, and at least 1 year of work experience in sheet metal operations.

Proficient in operating at least one sheet metal processing equipment, understanding the basic principles and maintenance methods of the equipment.

Have a certain ability to recognize drawings and be able to understand sheet metal processing drawings.

Diligent and hardworking, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, able to adapt to overtime work.

（3） Sheet metal quality inspector (2 people)

Job Responsibilities

According to quality inspection standards and specifications, strict inspections are conducted on sheet metal raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, including testing of dimensional accuracy, appearance quality, assembly performance, and other aspects.

Responsible for recording and organizing inspection data, providing timely feedback on quality issues, assisting relevant departments in conducting root cause analysis and developing improvement measures.

Participate in the construction and improvement of the quality system, promote the standardization and normalization of quality control work.

Perform daily maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing data.

Job Requirements

Major in mechanical manufacturing, quality inspection, or related fields, with a vocational school degree or above, and at least 2 years of experience in sheet metal quality inspection.

Familiar with quality inspection standards and methods for sheet metal products, proficient in using various measuring tools and testing equipment such as calipers, micrometers, projectors, etc.

Strong quality awareness and sense of responsibility, rigorous and serious work, and adherence to principles.

Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively cooperate with various departments to solve quality problems.
