Voltage level: AC 220V/380V (low voltage), DC 24V (control circuit)
Current capacity: calculated based on the load (e.g. rated current of the motor multiplied by 1.2 times the margin)
Protection level:
Indoor (IP20~IP40)
Outdoor/dusty environment (IP54~IP65)
(2) Brand selection
International brands: Siemens ABB、 Schneider (high precision, high price)
Domestic brands: Huichuan, Delta, Chint (high cost performance, fast after-sales service)
(3) Installation and maintenance
Wiring specification: Separation of strong and weak electricity to avoid interference (such as using metal wire slots for separation)
Heat dissipation requirements: The ambient temperature should be ≤ 40 ℃, and air conditioning (such as the Weitu PWS series) should be installed if necessary
Safe grounding: grounding resistance ≤ 4 Ω, lightning surge protection
