Classification method
Low voltage switchgear can be classified based on structural methods, mainly including fixed and withdrawable types.
1. Fixed low-voltage switchgear:
This type of switchgear is designed to ensure that electrical components are securely fixed in their designated positions within the cabinet. The cabinet is usually in the shape of a cube, such as a screen or box, and sometimes uses a frustum structure, such as a tabletop. This type of switchgear can be either single row or arranged.
2. Pull out design:
The withdrawable switchgear consists of a fixed cabinet body and a movable device part, where the movable device part is equipped with core electrical components such as switches. This design allows the movable part to be easily replaced, with stable positioning after insertion, and reliable interchangeability between drawers of the same type and specification. The processing method of the pull-out cabinet is similar to that of the fixed cabinet, but in order to meet the interchangeability requirements, its accuracy must be higher, and the relevant structural parts need to have sufficient adjustment range. For the movable device part, it not only needs to be easy to replace, but also able to firmly support the main components, so it needs to have excellent mechanical strength and accuracy. At the same time, the related structure should also provide sufficient adjustment space.
