Intelligent low-voltage switchgear

The inspection process of low-voltage distribution cabinets is divided into two parts:

One is the inspection of the structural part, which is the size inspection of the box body. If it is a sampling inspection of the standard cabinet body, it is sufficient.

The second is electrical inspection. In terms of electrical aspects, the first step is to check the component model according to the technical drawings, verify the torque of the lap joint, and make markings (this work is laborious and requires 100% inspection). At the same time, attention should be paid to whether the creepage distance and phase to phase distance meet the standards, and whether the wiring meets the company's process requirements. Then check if the main circuit and control circuit are correct, and use a multimeter to measure the circuit. Finally, the electrical function of the power on test should meet the requirements of the drawing. An inspection report should be issued to determine whether it is qualified or not. Qualified products should be labeled and shipped, while unqualified products should be returned for rectification.
